Information We Collect

We collect information that is reasonably necessary to arrange and manage the transport of your pet. This typically includes:

  • Contact details, including your name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Pet details, including species, breed, age, microchip number, and health or veterinary records
  • Pickup and destination addresses, and any travel scheduling preferences
  • Payment information, processed securely through our third-party payment providers
  • Communications you send us, including enquiries, booking forms, and correspondence

Where information is provided to us by a third party, such as a rescue organisation or breeder on your behalf, we treat that information with the same care as information collected directly from you.

.02

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to plan and deliver transport services, prepare quotes and documentation, communicate updates throughout a journey, meet our regulatory and biosecurity obligations, and improve the services we offer. We do not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to these without first seeking your consent.

.03

Disclosure to Third Parties

Pet transport often requires coordination with external parties. We may disclose relevant information to:

  • Veterinary clinics, for health certification and fitness-to-travel assessments
  • Airlines and freight partners, where air transport forms part of the journey
  • Government and biosecurity authorities, including DAFF, where required by law
  • Boarding and care facilities, where a transit stay is part of the booking

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and any disclosure is limited to what is reasonably necessary to complete the service you have requested.

.04

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. This includes restricting access to personal information to staff who need it to perform their role, and using secure systems for storing booking and payment records.

.05
